After installing bed cargo partition storage bins in my 2024 Ford Maverick XL, I misplaced one of the tray inserts. I used the remaining insert to model this replacement.
The design is based on the tray in the Ford 2022–2024 Maverick Bed Cargo Partition Storage Bin, part NZ6Z-60286A72-A.
Print and assembly notes
- Model file: Ford_Maverick_Bed_Cargo_Storage_Tray_Replacement_v1.stl.
- Layer height: 0.2 mm or higher with a 0.4 mm nozzle.
- Material: PETG, ABS, or ASA recommended. PLA may be affected by heat.
- Supports: No.
