On my 2024 Ford Maverick XL, I paired a RealTruck TruXedo Elevate CS rack system with a BAK Revolver X4ts hard rolling tonneau cover. I noticed a gap near the tailgate and designed extended end caps to help address it.
The caps replace the original t-slot rail end caps and reuse the original grub screws. This design is tailored to that combination of RealTruck parts and does not make the bed waterproof.
Print and assembly notes
- Model file: BAK_Revolver_X4ts_Tonneau_Cover_End_Caps_v1.stl.
- Layer height: 0.2 mm or higher with a 0.4 mm nozzle.
- Material: ASA or ABS recommended; heat may affect PETG or PLA.
- Supports: Required. Use support blockers around the threaded-hole area; see the supplied MakerWorld profile.
