I wanted wireless charging in my 2024 Ford Maverick XL without cutting a hole in the console. After an under-console charging approach did not work for my phone, I designed this insert to hold a purchased charging pad flush in the console area.
This is the printed insert rather than the charging electronics. The MakerWorld listing includes the original setup photos and charging-pad reference.
Print and assembly notes
- Model file: Ford_Maverick_Wireless_Charging_Pad_v1.stl.
- Layer height: 0.2 mm or higher with a 0.4 mm nozzle.
- Material: PETG, ABS, or ASA recommended. PLA may be affected by heat.
- Supports: No.
